Our self-catering holiday accommodation in our park lodges are the ideal place to stay, if you are thinking of visiting the area for a family holiday, golfing trip, or maybe a family re-union.

We have two lodges available, one that sleeping six, one seven, both are modern, comfortable, fully furnished and well equipped. My husband Dennis and I were born and bred in York and have a great love of the city, rivers. and surrounding area, we want all our visitors to love it too. We have been involve in photography in the city for over 40 years, Dennis trained as a photographer in York with RB & ED Richards of York in Bootham less than a 100yards from Gillygate Bar, The Art Gallery, and The York Theatre Royal having lived here for over 60years we have seen many changes but the beauty only gets better.

The nice thing abut the lodges is that so near to the Park and Ride means you can enjoy the pleasure of the countryside and the cost effectiveness of self-catering accommodation but have the advantages of all the good eating places along the route.

Each time we go into a lodge we are pleased to see that they are both very nice places to say in. Although each one is very different in colour, layout and character this only the only differece they re both equally as confortable.

Set in a small residential lodge park, very peaceful and tranquil, in great contrast to the hustle and bustle of York city-centre, but just 15minutes to the Grimston Bar Park & Ride, the very best way to go into York. There are only a very few self-catering lodges available on the park.
